Waterjet Central utilizes a 72” x 144” x 18” WARDjet Z-613 waterjet backed by an Accustream AS-6060 60HP pump, capable of producing 60,000 PSI of cutting pressure.
Supported by a cast of high end software, Waterjet Central can tackle most requests from simple hand drawn sketches to cut-ready CAD files.

How does it work?
Abrasive Waterjet cutting is a state of the art process where high pressure water is focused with a steady stream of abrasive material to accurately erode away material in a controlled manner. Combined with CNC equipment, an abrasive waterjet precisely cuts shapes out of virtually any material up to 6 inches thick with minimal kerf and no heat affected zone.

CAD Drawing Capabilities
Most Waterjet cut files are primarily drawn in 2D, as a DXF/DWG files, but we have the ability to work with any 3D file type, such as .stp, .igs, .iges, etc.
